The park is conceived as a living urban forest, an ecological armature organised around programmatic pockets that invite curiosity, movement, and discovery. In essence, the landscape operates as both structure and experience: transitioning seamlessly from public to private realms through subtle cues embedded in planting, terrain, and materiality. As a result, visitors encounter a sequence of immersive, human-scaled environments that feel intuitive, layered, and deeply connected to place.

Promoting Health & Sports: At the heart of this forest framework lies a dedicated health and wellness spine, designed to support daily rituals of fitness and recreation. A network of 2.5-kilometre health loops—with 2,000- and 6,000-calorie circuits—threads through open-air gymnasiums, yoga and meditation platforms, and multi-use sports fields and courts. In effect, the park becomes a dynamic piece of landscape infrastructure, enabling both high-intensity activity and quieter, restorative engagements with nature.

Ecological & Social Systems: Equally important are the shaded pedestrian spaces, rest points, community gathering nodes, and children’s play zones that anchor the park as an inclusive civic landscape. Seasonal floodable zones and integrated nature-based stormwater systems function simultaneously as ecological devices and experiential features, demonstrating how climate-responsive design can shape resilient, future-ready public realms. Together, these elements position the park as a benchmark in landscape urbanism, sustainable urban design, and people-centred placemaking.
